Hosting something that weekend? Book early and size it right. Here's the plan.
The 2026 Beaumont Cherry Festival ran on a 30-acre city-owned site, with a parade on Beaumont Ave Saturday.
Cherry Festival week fills early. Wheelchair-accessible units, flushables and trailers need 7–14 days.
Up to 4 hours. Up to 6 hours: ×1.5. Up to 8: ×2. Over 8: ×2.5. Beer or wine? Add 1 unit for every 4.
Plan 1 handwash station per 4 toilets. State code wants a toilet and handwashing within 200 ft of food.
Put a wheelchair-accessible unit in every cluster, and make them at least 5% of the total.
Closing a road or using over half a Beaumont city park takes a special event permit. Apply 4+ weeks out.
Tell us guests, hours and food. Multi-day events can add daily service.
