Pricing & quotes

How much does it cost to rent a porta potty?

For a standard unit at an event, the typical 2026 starting range, not a quote, is about $175–$275 with delivery and pickup included. On a job site it is about $195–$285 per 28-day cycle with weekly service. Your written quote shows the exact total before you pay — see the porta potty cost guide.

How much is it for one day or a 24-hour period?

One day costs the same as our event rate: typical 2026 starting range, not a quote, about $175–$275 for a standard unit. That one rate covers up to 3 days, including a weekend, with delivery and pickup.

I only need it for 4 hours on a Saturday. Is that cheaper?

No, a 4-hour rental costs the same as a full event rental. The truck still makes two trips, so the price is set by the trips, not the hours. The upside is that the event rate covers up to 3 days.

How much is a porta potty for a week?

A rental longer than the 3-day event window bills as one 28-day cycle: typical 2026 starting range, not a quote, about $195–$285 for a standard unit with weekly service, plus delivery and pickup quoted once. So a 1-week remodel usually costs the same as a full cycle.

How much per month?

We bill long rentals in 28-day cycles, not calendar months. The typical 2026 starting range, not a quote is about $195–$285 per cycle for a standard unit with weekly service. Delivery and pickup show once on the first quote, so cycle 2 costs less.

Is that price per day or for the whole time?

For the whole rental period. The event rate covers up to 3 days, and a long-term rate covers a full 28-day cycle. There is no daily meter running.

Is the delivery fee per toilet or per order? Is that each way?

Per order, and it covers both trips. One delivery-and-pickup line on your quote pays for the drop-off and the haul-away, even with several units on the same truck.

What's the price difference between a standard and a deluxe unit?

For an event, the typical 2026 starting range, not a quote, is about $175–$275 for a standard unit and about $325–$500 for a flushable unit with a sink. You pay more for the foot-pump flush, the sink and the fresh water we refill. See the flushable unit with sink.

Which is cheaper: a standard unit plus a handwash station, or a deluxe with a sink inside?

They land close. A standard unit (about $175–$275) plus a handwash station (about $125–$225) is roughly the same as one flushable unit (about $325–$500) — typical 2026 starting range, not a quote. The pair moves lines faster, because two people can wash at the outside station while someone uses the toilet.

Can you give me a ballpark — a couple hundred or a thousand?

A couple hundred for one standard unit at an event: typical 2026 starting range, not a quote, about $175–$275. A restroom trailer is the thousand-plus option, about $1,500–$3,500 per event depending on stalls, days and distance.

Does the price include delivery and tax? What's the out-the-door total?

Yes. Your written quote lists the unit, rental period, service, delivery and pickup, any rush fee and sales tax. The bottom line on that quote is the out-the-door total.

Why is my invoice higher than the quote?

It should not be. We do not add fuel surcharges or other fees after you approve a quote. If a number changed without your OK, call the yard and we will go over it line by line.

Why is it more expensive today — is it the rush?

Probably. A same-day order can carry a rush fee — typical 2026 starting range, not a quote, about $75–$150 — and it shows on the quote before you pay. Ordering a day or more ahead avoids it.

How much is just a handwashing station?

About $125–$225 for an event — typical 2026 starting range, not a quote. That gets you a two-sided foot-pump station with 20+ gallons of fresh water, soap and paper towels. See handwash station rentals.

Why is the ADA unit priced differently from the deluxe?

The typical 2026 starting range, not a quote, is about $225–$375 for a wheelchair-accessible unit and about $325–$500 for a flushable unit with a sink. The accessible unit is bigger but has no flush or sink plumbing to fill. The flushable unit carries fresh water we refill.

How much are luxury restroom trailers? Is that per day?

About $1,500–$3,500 per event, not per day — typical 2026 starting range, not a quote. Stall count, number of days and distance from Beaumont set the final number. See restroom trailer rentals.

How much is a VIP flushing cabin?

About $400–$600 per event — typical 2026 starting range, not a quote. It is a single private room with a flush toilet, sink, mirror and light. See VIP and luxury restrooms.

Don't you have a price list? Why do you need my info to give a price?

Typical ranges are in our porta potty cost guide. To give an exact total we need your ZIP, dates and unit type, because distance and dates are two of the five things that set the price. Quotes go out within 15 minutes during business hours.

Your website price is different from my phone quote. Why?

Website numbers are typical starting ranges. Your phone or text quote is priced for your address, dates and units. The written quote you approve is the one we honor.

Can you text or email me the quote?

Yes. We text an itemized quote with a secure pay link, and we can email it too. That makes it easy to forward to your board, your boss or the bride for approval.

Do you price match? I have another quote for $175.

Send us the other quote and compare line by line. Check that it includes delivery, pickup, service and tax, and that no fuel fee gets added later. We will give you our honest best total in writing.

Is there a senior, nonprofit, church, local or volume discount?

We do not post a discount list. What saves real money: booking early to skip a rush fee, putting several units on one order so delivery is charged once, and sending a tax-exempt certificate if you have one.

We're tax-exempt. Can you remove the tax?

Yes. Send your tax-exempt certificate before you pay, and we will take sales tax off the quote.

Delivery & same-day

Can you deliver a porta potty today?

Yes, if you call (951) 580-3899 before 12:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. Same-day trucks cover Beaumont, Banning, Cherry Valley, Calimesa, Yucaipa and most of the Pass while units last. See how same-day delivery works.

Is there an extra charge for same-day delivery?

Sometimes. A rush fee may apply — typical 2026 starting range, not a quote, about $75–$150 — and it shows on your quote before you pay. Next-day orders do not carry it.

Is it too late to get one for tomorrow?

Almost never. Calls after noon go on the next morning's route, Monday through Saturday. Holiday and Cherry Festival weekends are the exception, since they fill 7–10 days ahead.

Can you deliver today for an event at 5 or 6 PM?

Usually, if you call before noon. Our trucks run until 7 PM, and same-day orders go out on that afternoon's route. Tell us your start time so we put you early on the run.

What time will it be delivered? Can I get a window?

Deliveries run 7 AM–7 PM, and you can ask for a morning slot. The driver calls or texts about 30 minutes before arriving, so you are not stuck waiting all day.

Can you guarantee delivery by 7 or 8:30 AM?

Our window opens at 7 AM, and you can ask for the first morning slot. When a start time is fixed, the safer plan is delivery the day before. Event units cost the same either way.

Can you deliver at night?

No. Trucks run 7 AM–7 PM, Monday through Saturday. For an evening event, we drop the unit earlier the same day or the day before.

How far ahead do I need to book? What's the latest I can order?

The latest is noon on the same day, Monday through Saturday. Book 7–10 days ahead for holiday weekends and Cherry Festival week, and 7–14 days ahead for wheelchair-accessible units, flushable units and restroom trailers.

If I call back tomorrow, will it still be available?

We cannot hold a unit until it is booked. Booking now is low-risk, because you can cancel or move the date free up to 24 hours before delivery.

Our film set's rental fell through. Can you drop one tonight or early tomorrow?

Not tonight, since trucks stop at 7 PM — but we can be your first morning stop. Call before noon and same-day is usually possible. Tell us the crew size so we bring the right units.

Other companies cancelled on me. Can you deliver on short notice?

Yes, usually. We own our trucks and units, so the person on the phone can see what is in the yard and give you a real answer on the call.

Do I need to be there for delivery?

No. Mark the spot with a stake, cone or chalk X, open the gate or text us the code, and keep a 48-inch path clear. The driver places it and texts you when it is done.

Will the driver call before arriving? Can he text instead?

Yes. Drivers call or text about 30 minutes ahead, which gives you time to open a private gate or meet him at a school or job site. If you do not pick up unknown numbers, ask for a text and we will note it.

Do I come get it, or do you drop it off?

We drop it off and pick it up. You never haul a porta potty — our driver sets it in place, and the same crew comes back for it.

Do you deliver to my town?

We cover Beaumont and 23 nearby cities in Riverside and San Bernardino counties, from Yucaipa and Redlands to Temecula and Coachella. See the full service area map or enter your ZIP at the top of this page.

Do you deliver to Palm Springs and the Coachella Valley?

Yes, on scheduled routes. Palm Springs is about 35 minutes from our yard and Indio about 60, so next-day is typical. See Palm Springs porta potty rentals.

Can you reach remote sites in Oak Glen, canyons or past Whitewater?

Yes, on scheduled route days. Book 2–3 days ahead for canyon, ranch, mountain-road and far desert sites, and send us gate codes and turn-by-turn notes.

Does the SR-60 and Potrero road work slow down delivery?

It can change which entrance works. The SR-60/Potrero interchange Phase II runs from May 2026 to 2028, so tell us your cross street and which gate is open. Our drivers run that corridor every week.

Weekend events & parties

My event is Saturday. When do you drop off and pick up?

We deliver Friday (Thursday if Friday is full) and pick up Monday. You pay one event rate with no extra-day charge. Our party and event rentals page has setup tips.

If you deliver early, am I charged for extra days?

No. The event rate covers up to 3 days, including the weekend. A Friday drop and Monday pickup costs the same as a single day.

Can you deliver Thursday instead of Friday?

Yes. Thursday is our backup when Friday routes are full, and the price does not change. Just ask when you book.

Do you deliver or pick up on Saturday or Sunday?

Saturday deliveries are limited, so book early if you need one. We are closed Sunday, with no Sunday drop-offs or pickups.

Can it be picked up the night of the event?

No. Pickups run on Monday, or Tuesday after a holiday. Leave the unit where it sits, and the driver collects it without you there.

Monday is a holiday. Will you pick up Tuesday?

Yes. After a holiday Monday, pickup moves to Tuesday at no extra charge.

Can you squeeze it onto Friday's route?

Often, but Friday routes fill first. Call as early in the week as you can, and 7–10 days ahead for Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day and Cherry Festival week.

How many units do you have left this weekend?

Call and we will check the yard while you are on the phone. Normal weekends usually have stock midweek, but holiday and Cherry Festival weekends fill 7–10 days ahead.

How does it work for a 1-day birthday party?

You book one event rate, we drop the unit Friday, and we pick it up Monday. One standard unit covers about 50 guests for up to 4 hours.

When should I book for the Beaumont Cherry Festival?

Book 7–10 days ahead. The 2026 festival ran May 28–31, and that week fills our trucks early. Vendors with food also need handwashing within 200 feet — see our festival porta potty planning.

Our park event has food. Do we need a sink?

Yes, plan on one. California Health and Safety Code §114315 wants a toilet and handwashing within 200 feet of food booths. Add at least 1 handwash station per 4 toilets, and confirm with your permit office or venue.

Do I need a city permit to put porta potties at my event?

Only for some events. The City of Beaumont special event permit is needed to close roads or use over half of a city park, and you apply 4+ weeks ahead. Confirm with your permit office or venue — our Riverside County event restroom rules explain more.

What do you recommend for a wedding?

For 75+ guests with power nearby, a restroom trailer. For smaller weddings, flushable units with sinks or a VIP cabin. Add 1 wheelchair-accessible unit — see wedding restrooms.

Can you handle a church event, school track meet or tent revival?

Yes. These run like any event: a Friday drop for a weekend, a flat event rate, and 1 standard unit per 50 people for up to 4 hours. Add a handwash station if food is served.

We have a funeral on a holiday weekend. Can you deliver?

Call right away and we will tell you on the call. Holiday weekends fill 7–10 days ahead, but a weekday or Friday drop is often still open.

Can you stagger delivery of many units for a festival?

Yes. Large events can split drops across days and add daily or mid-event service. Plan it with the dispatcher 2–3 weeks out using our festival restroom guide.

Unit types

Do you have nice porta potties? I want the nicest one.

The nicest options are the VIP flushing cabin and the restroom trailer. The cabin is a private room with a flush toilet, sink and light. Trailers add vanities, A/C and heat. See VIP and luxury restrooms.

What's the difference between standard, deluxe and VIP?

Standard has a seat, urinal, toilet paper and sanitizer. Deluxe (our flushable unit) adds a foot-pump flush, an inside sink with fresh water and a mirror. VIP is a larger private cabin with a flush toilet, sink, mirror and light.

Is the deluxe flushable? Is the sink inside? Is there a mirror?

Yes to all three. The flushable unit has a foot-pump flush, a foot-pump sink inside, a mirror and a hook. It is single-occupancy and needs no hookups.

Is the sink inside or outside?

Inside on the flushable unit. A handwash station is a separate stand outside that two people can use at once. Standard units have hand sanitizer, not a sink.

Do you have the ones with a foot-pump handwash station outside?

Yes. Our handwash stations are two-sided with foot pumps, 20+ gallons of fresh water, soap and paper towels.

What does a standard unit come with?

A seat, a urinal, toilet paper, hand sanitizer, a vent and a lockable door with an occupied sign. It arrives sanitized and stocked. See the standard porta potty.

How tall is a porta potty? What are the dimensions?

A typical standard unit is about 44 inches wide, 48 inches deep and 7 feet 6 inches tall, with a 60-gallon tank. It weighs about 160 pounds empty.

Can I see a picture of the inside?

Each unit page has an illustration and typical specs — start with every unit we rent. The dispatcher can also walk you through what is inside on the phone.

Do restroom trailers need water and electricity? What if there's none?

Yes. Trailers need level ground, a 120V outlet and a garden hose or an onboard water tank. No outlet on site? We can arrange a generator.

Is the restroom trailer air-conditioned? Does it have men's and women's sides?

Yes on both. Trailers have A/C and heat, and the 2-stall model has separate men's and women's sides. Larger trailers run up to 4–5 stalls.

Do you have 3-, 4- or 5-stall trailers?

Yes. We run trailers from 2 stalls up to 4–5 stalls. Larger trailers book fastest, so ask 7–14 days ahead — see restroom trailer rentals.

Does a porta potty need to hook up to water or power?

No. Standard, flushable, wheelchair-accessible units and handwash stations are self-contained. Only restroom trailers need power and water.

Is there a sanitizing station instead of a full handwash station?

Every standard unit has a hand sanitizer dispenser inside. Where food is served, health rules look for real soap-and-water handwashing, so add a handwash station there.

What colors are the units?

Color depends on what is in the yard that week. If it matters for wedding photos, mention it when you book and we will tell you what is available.

Do I need one for men and one for women?

Not for most parties, since each unit is a private single room. Job sites follow Cal/OSHA, which counts each sex separately once a crew reaches 5 or more workers.

Can I just get the toilet, nothing fancy?

Yes — the standard porta potty is exactly that. It is our most-booked unit and the one most often available same-day.

Do you have containment trays?

Ask when you book. Tell us if the unit will sit on turf, pavers or a finished floor, and we will tell you the best way to protect the surface.

Do you sell porta potties, or used and damaged units?

We are a rental yard, so our fleet stays in service for rent. If you need one for many months, a 28-day rental with weekly service is usually the simpler path.

Wheelchair-accessible units

Do you have ADA or wheelchair-accessible units? What does ADA mean?

Yes. ADA is the Americans with Disabilities Act, and our wheelchair-accessible unit is built to ADA design guidelines: ground-level entry, a wide door, grab bars and a 60-inch turning circle inside.

Is the accessible unit just the bigger one?

Yes, it is the big one. A typical accessible unit is about 7.5 by 7.5 feet, so a wheelchair can roll in and turn around. It needs firm, level ground.

Is ADA different from a handicap unit? Will it satisfy my permit?

People mean the same unit. We call it wheelchair-accessible, built to ADA design guidelines; your venue or permit office decides if it meets their rules, so ask them first. Background is at ada.gov.

Does the ADA unit come with a ramp?

It does not need one, so no separate ramp or stairs are needed. The floor sits at ground level, and a wheelchair rolls straight in. Put it on firm, flat ground like a slab or packed dirt.

How many accessible units do I need for my event?

At least 1 per cluster of units, and at least 5% of the total. That follows the 2010 ADA Standards §213.2 and California CBC 11B-213.2; confirm with your venue or permit office.

Can I swap to a handicap unit later?

Yes, if one is free on your dates. Accessible units are a smaller part of our fleet, so book 7–14 days ahead when you can.

Can it go at the edge of the barn pad so a wheelchair can roll in?

Yes. A firm, level edge of a pad is a good spot. Keep a clear path from where guests park to the door.

We need year-round accessible units for a nature trail. Can you do that?

Yes. Long-term units bill per 28-day cycle with weekly service included. See long-term and monthly rentals.

Cleaning & service

Does it get cleaned while I have it? How often?

Yes. Job-site and monthly units get 1 service visit every week at no extra charge. We pump, scrub, sanitize, deodorize, restock and refill sink water.

If only one person uses it, does it still need weekly cleaning?

Yes. Weekly is the minimum for health reasons, and the price is the same whether it is used lightly or heavily.

Can we do every-other-week service to lower the price?

No. Weekly service is the minimum on every long-term unit, and it is already built into the 28-day price.

Can we get daily cleaning during a festival or between competition days?

Yes. Multi-day festivals, carnivals and competitions can add daily or mid-event service — even for 16 units between rounds. Book it with the order so the truck is scheduled.

Can you service units three times a day, Thursday to Sunday, for a carnival?

Tell us the schedule and we will quote it. Daily and mid-event visits are routine for us; very frequent visits are planned with the dispatcher ahead of time.

Does it come with toilet paper and hand sanitizer?

Yes. Every unit arrives with toilet paper and hand sanitizer, and weekly service restocks both.

Is there a chemical in it?

Yes, a deodorizer goes in the tank to control odor. In freezing weeks we also add a non-toxic brine to tank and sink water.

How do you clean it?

Our vacuum truck pumps the tank dry, then the crew scrubs and sanitizes the seat, urinal, walls, floor and door handle. Fresh deodorizer goes in and supplies are topped up.

Do I have to do anything before using it?

No. It arrives sanitized and stocked, ready to use. Just keep the door latched when not in use so wind cannot slam it.

Event units don't include cleaning — what does that mean?

Event units arrive clean and stocked, and most short events need nothing more. For multi-day events, you can add daily or mid-event service.

Is servicing automatic, or do we have to schedule it?

Automatic. Long-term units go on a weekly service route from the day they are delivered. Call if you want extra visits.

Can I reschedule a service visit?

Call the yard and tell us what day works better. Weekly is the minimum, so we move the visit rather than skip it.

It doesn't get dumped on my property, correct?

Correct. Waste goes into our county-registered truck and is hauled to an approved disposal site under Riverside County Ordinance 712. See Riverside County waste rules.

Rental length & billing

Can I keep it for a month, two months, or 6 months to a year?

Yes. Long-term units bill in 28-day cycles and renew until you call for pickup. See long-term and monthly rentals.

Can it be month-to-month with no contract? Is there paperwork?

Yes. You approve a written quote and our rental terms, and the rental rolls every 28 days. Call 2 business days ahead to stop billing.

Does the 28 days start the day it's delivered?

Yes. Each cycle runs 28 days from the delivery date, not from the first of the month.

Is it 30 days or 28? If a month has 31 days, do I pay more?

No. We bill by 28-day cycles, not 30-day or calendar months, so a 31-day month never changes your price.

If I extend past 28 days, is it cheaper after the first month?

Yes. An extension is another 28-day cycle at the same unit rate, but it drops the delivery line, so it costs less than the first.

Will month 2 have tax?

Yes, sales tax applies to each cycle unless we have your tax-exempt certificate. Cycle 2 drops the delivery line.

When does the charge recur?

Every 28 days from your delivery date, until you call for pickup. Call 2 business days before the next cycle to stop it.

When is the first payment due — at delivery or 28 days later?

Up front. You approve the itemized quote and pay through our secure link before delivery; later cycles renew every 28 days.

Do you prorate? Is there a minimum?

The minimum is one event rate (up to 3 days) or one 28-day cycle. Calling 2 business days ahead stops the next cycle, so you do not pay for a cycle you will not use.

Can we prepay quarterly or through the end of the year?

Ask the dispatcher. Approved commercial accounts can also use a PO and net terms, which often fits a long project better.

Can it be billed through our billing department?

Yes. Approved commercial accounts can bill against a PO with net terms, and we send a W-9 on request.

We need it a week or two, then not for a while, then again. How does that work?

Each stretch is its own rental, or you keep one unit through the gap. Ask us to price both ways; if the gaps are short, keeping it often costs less.

Would it be cheaper to keep one for a month across two events?

Often, yes. Two event rentals run about $350–$550 total, while one 28-day cycle runs about $195–$285 plus delivery once — typical 2026 starting range, not a quote. It works if the site is secure between events.

I called before day 28 but was charged a second cycle. When is the refund?

Call the yard so we can look at your account. Calls made 2 business days before the cycle ends should stop the next one, and we will tell you on the call how it is fixed.

Will you auto-charge the second payment or send another invoice?

The cycle renews automatically until you call for pickup. Ask the dispatcher how your account is set up, and tell us if you want a fresh pay link each cycle.

How many units

How many people does one porta potty serve?

About 50 guests for an event of up to 4 hours. For longer events, multiply by 1.5 up to 6 hours, by 2 up to 8 hours and by 2.5 beyond that. Try the unit calculator.

Is one porta potty enough for 75–80 people?

No, plan on 2. 75 guests ÷ 50 = 1.5, which rounds up to 2 units for up to 4 hours. Add 1 more if beer or wine is served, or if the party runs past 4 hours.

How many do I need for 50–60 guests?

50 guests for up to 4 hours: 1 unit. 60 guests: 2 units, since 60 ÷ 50 = 1.2 and we round up.

About 80 people — how many, and do we need handwashing?

2 standard units for up to 4 hours. If food is served, add at least 1 handwash station.

100 guests for four hours — will two be enough?

Yes, 2 units cover 100 guests for 4 hours. Serving alcohol? Add 1 more, for 3.

We expect 100–200 people. Are two enough?

Two covers 100 guests for 4 hours; 200 guests need 4. Add 1 per 4 units if alcohol is served and 1 wheelchair-accessible unit.

How many for 120 guests over 6 hours with beer and wine?

5 standard units: 120 ÷ 50 = 2.4 × 1.5 = 3.6, round up to 4, then add 1 for alcohol. Add 1 wheelchair-accessible unit and 2 handwash stations.

How many for an all-day event over 8 hours?

Multiply by 2.5. For 200 guests: 200 ÷ 50 = 4 × 2.5 = 10 units, before adding units for alcohol and accessibility.

Do I need a handwash station?

Yes if food is served: at least 1 handwash station per 4 toilets, with a minimum of 1. For a short party with no food, the sanitizer inside each unit is often enough.

How many people per trailer stall?

For rough planning, count each toilet stall about like one porta potty: around 50 guests for up to 4 hours. Give us your guest count and hours and we will match a 2- to 5-stall trailer.

Can we add a third unit when RSVPs come in?

Yes, if one is free on your dates. Adding early is safer, and you can still cancel or change free up to 24 hours before delivery.

It's our first event, a half-marathon loop. How many and where?

Cluster most units at the start/finish, where everyone gathers, and put 1–2 at each aid station. Use the unit calculator for the start area and call us to map the course.

We need 40 standard and 4 ADA for a concert. Can you handle that?

Yes. 4 accessible units out of 44 meets the 5% guideline. Book 7–14 days ahead, since accessible units are a smaller part of our fleet.

How many restrooms does a shelter with 463 evacuees need?

A rough start is 24 toilet spots: 463 ÷ 50 = 9.3, × 2.5 for all-day use. Mix restroom trailers with standard units and add handwash stations; call and we will size it on the phone.

Placement & access

Are there rules about where it goes?

A few practical ones: level ground, a 48-inch clear path, and the door facing away from wind and food. Food events need restrooms within 200 feet of booths. HOAs and venues may add their own rules — confirm with them. See our wind, heat and freeze placement guide.

Does it need flat ground? Can it go on a slope, like my front yard?

It needs ground that is close to level. A gentle slope can work if we can level it; on a steep front yard, a driveway edge, side yard or slab is better. Send a photo and we will tell you before delivery day.

Can you put it in the backyard, on concrete or by the trailers?

Yes to all three if we can reach it. Concrete is a great base, and the path needs to be about 48 inches wide.

Will it fit through my 48-inch side gate?

Usually, yes. A typical standard unit is about 44 inches wide, so a 48-inch clear gate works. Measure the narrowest point, including latches and posts.

What do you deliver it on? What clearance does the truck need?

Units ride on our delivery trucks, two per run. Tell us about low branches, wires, pasture gates, 90-degree turns, ditches or soft ground, and send a photo if you can. That decides whether the truck goes in or the unit is set near the entrance.

Can the truck back into my backyard?

Often it does not need to. Many backyards are reached through a side gate with a 48-inch path while the truck stays on the driveway, away from lawns and sprinkler lines.

Can you move it to another spot later?

Yes. Call the yard and a driver can move it on a route day; any charge shows on a quote first.

Can I move it myself with my skid loader?

Please don't. A unit with waste in the tank can spill or tip. Call us and we will move it safely.

Where should I place it?

On level ground, with the door away from the wind and from food tables, and a clear path for guests and our truck. Exposed spots in the Pass also get staked.

I don't have an exact address. Can I send a pin drop, coordinates or an aerial map?

Yes. Text us a map pin, GPS coordinates or an aerial screenshot with the spot circled — an intersection plus a pin works for raw land and unnamed lots. Then mark the spot on the ground with a stake or cone.

Should I put a stake in the ground?

Yes. A stake, cone or chalk X shows the driver exactly where you want it, so nobody needs to be home.

Where do I note the gate code?

Give it when you book or text it to the yard. We put it on the driver's ticket for delivery, service and pickup.

Can I email directions for a mountain road with a gate code?

Yes. Send turn-by-turn notes and the gate code, and book 2–3 days ahead for mountain and canyon roads.

If I miss the driver, can they set it next to the dumpster?

Yes, if you tell us that is your backup spot. Note it on the order so the driver does not have to guess.

It must go on a specific slab with the door facing south. Can you do that?

Yes, note it on the order. If the wind would hit the door, the driver may suggest a small turn and will stake it.

My HOA is strict — Four Seasons, Solera or Altis. Where can it go?

Ask your HOA first, since many 55+ communities limit what sits in front yards. A side yard behind a 48-inch gate or a driveway corner usually works for a remodel or party.

Dispatch open · same-day before noon

Didn't find your question?

Call the Highway 60 yard, Monday–Saturday 7 AM–7 PM. A dispatcher answers on the spot — and before noon, the unit can be on site this afternoon.

Payment & paperwork

Do you need a card now? Is there a deposit?

Nothing is charged until you approve the written quote. Then you pay through a secure link we text.

Can I pay without reading my card over the phone?

Yes. We text a secure payment link with your quote, so your card number never goes over the phone.

Do you take Amex, Discover or debit cards?

Yes. We take Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and debit cards.

Can I pay the driver, pay at your yard, or pay with cash or a check?

Payment runs through the secure link before delivery, so drivers do not collect and there is no need to drive to the yard. Approved commercial accounts can use a PO with net terms.

Do you charge a credit card fee?

Anything you pay is on your itemized quote before you approve it. No card fee shows up later.

Can someone else pay with a link, or can we split it?

Yes. Forward the pay link to whoever is paying — a parent, sponsor or company office. If family members or several farmers are splitting it, ask for separate pay links.

Can you invoice against a PO? Do you offer net terms?

Yes, for approved commercial accounts. Send the PO number and we will put it on every invoice.

Do I need to print and sign anything? Is it DocuSign?

No printer needed. You approve and sign electronically on your phone or computer. If the email or e-sign link acts up, call and we will resend it.

Can you send a W-9 and a certificate of insurance?

Yes. We send a W-9 and a certificate of insurance on request during business hours.

Can you resend my receipt?

Yes. Call or text the yard and we will resend it by text or email.

Can you hold the unit and I'll pay Friday?

We reserve a unit once the quote is approved and paid. If timing is the issue, book now — you can still cancel free up to 24 hours before delivery.

My card billing ZIP is different from where it's going. What do I enter?

Enter the ZIP your card statement goes to. The delivery address is separate and is already on your quote.

Pickup, changes & cancellations

Do I need to call for pickup, or will you come on the end date?

Event units are picked up on the date set at booking — usually Monday. Long-term units renew every 28 days, so call 2 business days ahead to end them.

Can I cancel if our event falls through? Is there a penalty or refund?

Yes. Cancel or reschedule free up to 24 hours before scheduled delivery. Details are in our rental terms.

Can I change the date after booking? Our start may move 1–2 weeks.

Yes, free up to 24 hours before delivery. Call or text the yard with the new date as soon as you know it.

We're still waiting on the permit. Can we schedule anyway?

Yes. Book the date now and move it free up to 24 hours before delivery if the permit slips.

Can I add a sink or another unit later?

Yes, if units are free on your dates. Add-ons on the same order skip a second delivery line when they ride the same truck.

Can I extend my rental?

Yes. Call the yard. Event rentals can roll into a 28-day cycle, and long-term units renew automatically until you call.

Can you pick it up earlier than planned?

Yes. Call the yard and we will add it to an upcoming pickup route.

Can you remove it the same day?

Tell us when you book. Pickups run 7 AM–7 PM on our routes, so a same-day removal has to be planned ahead.

How do we get the lock key back?

If you add your own padlock, the key stays with you. Remove the lock or give us the code before pickup day.

Locks, damage & security

Does it lock? Can I put my own lock on it?

Every unit has a lockable door with an occupied sign. For a park or other public spot overnight, ask for a hasp and add a combination padlock — just give us the code for service days.

Can you add combination locks and give staff the code?

Yes. Ask for a hasp, add your combination padlock, and share the code with your staff and our driver.

Is there a charge for the lock?

Ask when you book; any charge for a hasp shows on your quote. Your own padlock costs nothing extra.

Am I liable if someone vandalizes it?

Normal wear is on us. Vandalism, break-ins, fire, graffiti and tipping by others are billed at repair or replacement cost. See our rental terms.

Who pays if it's tipped over?

Tipping by people is billed at repair cost. Wind tipping is why we stake units on exposed Pass sites; if a staked unit moves, call us.

How do I keep it from getting tagged or damaged on a job site?

Place it where the site is lit or fenced, add a hasp and padlock, and keep it away from the street. Call us if something happens.

Construction & work crews

Does the job-site price include weekly service?

Yes. Every 28-day job-site rental includes 1 weekly pump, clean, restock and stake check. See construction site toilets.

Do you have contractor accounts or contractor pricing?

Yes. Approved commercial accounts get PO billing and net terms, with a W-9 and certificate of insurance on request.

My contractor says I need one for my remodel. How does it work?

We drop a standard unit in your driveway or side yard and service it weekly. It bills every 28 days until you call for pickup.

How many workers can share one unit?

Cal/OSHA 8 CCR §1526 sets 1 toilet per 20 workers of each sex. Our practical rule is 1 weekly-serviced unit per about 10 workers on a 40-hour week. See our Cal/OSHA toilet rules guide.

Is one unit enough for a crew of 9?

Yes. 9 workers is under the Cal/OSHA minimum of 1 per 20 and within our rule of about 10 per weekly-serviced unit.

Do crews need separate men's and women's units?

Cal/OSHA counts each sex separately: 1 per 20 of each. Crews under 5 workers can share 1 single-occupancy unit.

We're building a backyard cottage and the permit needs a porta potty. Weekly or monthly price?

Monthly. It bills per 28-day cycle with weekly service: typical 2026 starting range, not a quote, about $195–$285 for a standard unit, plus delivery once. Confirm with your permit office what they want on site.

Can you add a dumpster or a boom lift?

No. We focus on restrooms only: porta potties, handwash stations, trailers and RV holding tanks.

Do you have field-crew setups for farm labor?

Yes. Cal/OSHA §3457 wants 1 toilet and 1 handwash per 20 field workers, within a ¼-mile walk or 5 minutes. See farm and ranch crew rentals.

Our office is outgrowing its restrooms. Can we add a 3rd and 4th unit?

Yes. Cal/OSHA §3364 lists 3 toilets for 36–55 employees and 4 for 56–80. We can add units on weekly service.

Our film shoot has 15 crew for 2 days. What do you suggest?

One or two flushable units with sinks work well for a 2-day shoot. Book 7–14 days ahead if you can, and call before noon for a rush.

We have a field exercise at grid coordinates. Can you deliver there?

Yes, send the coordinates and gate details. We can bring standard units and handwash stations; ask the dispatcher about gray-water needs.

How do warehouse and logistics builds usually set up restrooms?

Weekly-serviced units placed near the trailer offices, plus handwash stations, billed on 28-day cycles. See industrial and warehouse restrooms.

Home & emergencies

Our septic tank collapsed. We need one ASAP for about 2 months.

Call before noon and we can usually deliver today. A 2-month need bills as 28-day cycles with weekly service included. See emergency restroom rentals.

Our business plumbing is down. Can you deliver today?

Yes, if you call before noon, Monday through Saturday. The common setup is 2 restrooms and 2 handwash sinks per building entrance.

Our water is off tomorrow. Can you have 2 units here by 7 or 8:30 AM?

We can put you first on the morning route, which starts at 7 AM, or drop today if you call before noon. If you also need same-day removal, tell us your end time on the call so we can plan it.

A grocery store sewer line collapsed. Can you bring toilets today?

Yes, call before noon. We usually set 2 restrooms and 2 handwash sinks per entrance for staff and customers.

We had a water-main break at our facility. What setup do we need?

2 restrooms plus 2 handwash sinks per building entrance is the setup most outage callers use. Add more for large staff counts.

Our bathroom is torn out for a remodel or water damage. Can you help for a week or a month?

Yes. A week or a month bills as one 28-day cycle with weekly service, so keep it the full cycle in case the job runs long. Call for pickup when the bathroom is back.

I don't want everyone going through my house during a party. What's the best option?

Rent 1 standard unit per 50 guests, or a flushable unit with a sink if you want something nicer. It keeps guests out of the house.

We must have a toilet and handwashing to keep holding worship services. What can you do?

We can deliver a standard or wheelchair-accessible unit plus a handwash station, on weekly service. Confirm the exact requirement with your county or city office.

Can you help families after a wildfire evacuation in Cherry Valley or Oak Glen?

Yes. We stage restroom trailers and handwash stations for shelters on request, same-day if you call before noon. Call so we can match units to head count.

RV & holding tanks

Do you pump RV black tanks?

Yes, on scheduled routes. A single RV pump-out is about $150–$250 — typical 2026 starting range, not a quote. See RV, camper and holding tank service.

Do you come to campgrounds to empty RV black tanks?

Yes, on scheduled routes, if the campground allows it. Check with the campground office first, then call us with your site number.

Can you rent an above-ground holding tank for our RV while the septic is installed?

Yes. We rent 250–500 gallon above-ground holding tanks with scheduled pump-outs: typical 2026 starting range, not a quote, about $350–$700 per month.

How often is the holding tank pumped?

On a set schedule based on how many people live in the RV. Tell us your household size and we will suggest one.

Can you pump my 325-gallon buried black-water tank for my fifth-wheel?

Call the yard with the tank size, access point and road details. We pump RV and holding tanks on scheduled routes and will tell you on the call if your setup fits.

I'm living on raw land in a camper with no septic. Is there a monthly rental?

Yes. Choose a porta potty on 28-day cycles with weekly service, or a holding tank with scheduled pump-outs. Send a GPS pin if there is no address.

How much is a pump-out for a septic or a toilet I own?

We price pump-outs for RV and holding tanks on our routes. For units you own, call with the tank size and location and the dispatcher will tell you what we can do.

Can you service porta potties I own or brought from another company?

Call the yard and tell us how many units and where. Our routes mainly service our own fleet, so the dispatcher will tell you on the call if we can fit yours in.

Do you handle gray-water containment for mobile kitchens?

Call to ask. Our 250–500 gallon holding tanks are pumped on scheduled routes; tell us what drains into it so we can say if that fits.

Pass weather: wind, heat, freeze & fire

Will the wind knock my porta potty over?

Not when it is staked. San Gorgonio Pass gusts reach 50–60 mph, so we stake units on open lots, ridgelines and new tracts. See our wind, heat and freeze placement guide.

How do you keep units upright in the Pass wind?

Ground stakes on exposed sites, the door turned away from the wind, and a stake check on every service visit. Sheltered spots by a wall or building help too.

A wind advisory is posted. Should I cancel?

No need. Units on exposed sites are staked for 50–60 mph gusts. Keep the door latched and call us if anything shifts.

What about blowing dust?

We face the door away from the wind so dust does not blow in. Keep the door shut between uses.

Does it freeze in Beaumont winters? Will the sink freeze?

It can. Beaumont sits at 2,612 feet, and nights drop below freezing. In cold weeks we add a non-toxic brine to tank and sink water; if a foot pump stiffens on a cold morning, call the yard.

Does it smell worse in the summer heat?

Heat makes odor stronger, so we deodorize every service and suggest a second weekly visit for crews over 10 from June to September. Long, hot events can add mid-event service, and a shaded spot helps.

What does Cal/OSHA require for crews in the heat?

Under 8 CCR §3395: 1 quart of water per worker per hour, shade above 80°F, and high-heat steps at 95°F. Beaumont's July highs average 96.3°F.

It rains a lot some winters. Will the unit sink in mud?

Pick high, firm ground so the unit stays level and the truck can reach it. Beaumont averages about 19 inches of rain a year.

Can you deliver in snow up to Oak Glen?

Mountain roads run on scheduled route days, so book 2–3 days ahead. If snow closes a road, we will call you to reset the date.

Do you supply restroom trailers for wildfire evacuation shelters?

Yes. We stage restroom trailers and handwash stations for shelters on request, same-day if you call before noon. The 2020 Apple Fire forced 7,800+ evacuations in Cherry Valley and Oak Glen.

A wildfire is near my rental site. What happens to the unit?

Leave when you are told to — do not worry about the unit. Call the yard when it is safe, and we will sort out service or pickup.
