What information do you collect on this site?

We collect only what you type into the quote form: your mobile number, job-site ZIP, drop-off date, pickup date, unit type, quantity and guest or crew count. That is 7 fields, and only 4 are required. We do not ask for your card number on the form, and we do not run ad trackers.

If you call or text us, we keep the details you share (like address, gate code or map pin) so we can deliver and service your unit.

How is the quote form sent?

The quote form is sent through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service that passes your entries to our inbox. Web3Forms handles the data only to deliver the message. We reply within 15 minutes during business hours, Monday through Saturday from 7 AM to 7 PM, by text or call.

Do you sell or share my information?

No. Beaumont Porta Potty does not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone. We use it for 3 things only: to quote, to deliver and service your rental, and to bill you. Payment is processed through a secure pay link, and we do not store full card numbers.

We may share details when the law requires it, or with our own drivers so they can find your site.

How long do you keep my details and how do I remove them?
