Which restroom is best for a wedding in Beaumont or Oak Glen?
For most Pass weddings, a restroom trailer is the best choice above 75 guests, and a flushable unit with a sink works well for 30 to 75 guests. A VIP flushing cabin suits a small, formal wedding. All 3 options give guests a flush and a sink instead of a basic porta potty.
| Restroom trailer | Flushable unit with sink | VIP flushing cabin | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Best for | 75+ guests, formal receptions | 30–100 guests, simple setups | Small upscale weddings, bridal party |
| Toilet | Real flush toilets, 2 to 5 stalls | Foot-pump flush | Flush toilet, private room |
| Sink | Vanity sinks with running water | Foot-pump sink inside | Sink and mirror |
| Climate | A/C and heat | Vent only | Light inside |
| Hookups | 120V power + garden hose or onboard tank | None | Ask on the call |
| Ground | Level pad, truck access | Firm and level, 48-in path | Firm and level |
| Book ahead | 7–14 days | 7–14 days | 7–14 days |
How many wedding restrooms do I need for 30 or 80 guests?
A 30-guest wedding usually needs 2 toilets, and a 75–80-guest wedding with a bar needs about 4. Our rule is 1 toilet per 50 guests for 4 hours, times 1.5 up to 6 hours, plus 1 more for every 4 when alcohol is served. Both guest counts come up often in calls.
| Wedding | Our math | What we suggest |
|---|---|---|
| 30 guests, 5 hours, wine | 30 ÷ 50 = 0.6 × 1.5 = 0.9 → 1, plus 1 for alcohol = 2 | 1 flushable unit with sink + 1 standard, or 1 VIP cabin + 1 standard |
| 75–80 guests, 6 hours, full bar | 80 ÷ 50 = 1.6 × 1.5 = 2.4 → 3, plus 1 for alcohol = 4 | A 3- or 4-stall trailer, or a 2-stall trailer plus 2 flushable units |
| Any wedding with older guests | At least 1 accessible unit | Add 1 wheelchair-accessible unit near the reception |

Does a wedding restroom trailer need power and water?
Yes. A restroom trailer needs 1 standard 120V outlet and either a garden hose to a spigot or its onboard water tank. It also needs level ground and a path wide enough for a truck towing a trailer. If the barn or ranch has no outlet nearby, we can arrange a generator.
- Power
- One 120V outdoor outlet within reach of the trailer; a generator can be arranged
- Water
- A garden hose to a spigot, or the trailer's onboard tank
- Ground
- Level gravel, pavement or packed dirt; no soft lawn after rain
- Access
- A truck-and-trailer path with no tight 90° turns or low branches
- Lighting
- Trailers have inside lights; light the path for evening guests

Can you deliver to a barn or ranch wedding in Oak Glen or Cherry Valley?
Yes. Cherry Valley ranches are about 10 minutes from our Highway 60 yard, while Oak Glen barns and other canyon or mountain-road venues run on scheduled route days, so book 2–3 days ahead at minimum and 7–14 days for a trailer. Send gate codes and a map pin.
Many ranch venues have a gravel pad by the barn. Tell us if the road has a tight turn, a low branch or a ditch, and we will check it before the truck rolls. Oak Glen weddings in October share the road with apple-season traffic, so we plan a morning drop. Read the Cherry Valley porta potty rental page for local notes.
Booking a barn or backyard wedding?
Call with the guest count, venue address and whether there is an outlet near the reception. We will text a trailer or flushable quote the same day.
How do I keep wedding restrooms usable after dark?
Plan light for every wedding restroom used after sunset. Restroom trailers have 1 or more interior lights; flushable units and VIP cabins depend on outside light. Place units a short, easy walk from the reception, near string lights or a lit path, and face doors toward the light.
Pass nights cool fast, even after a 96°F day, so a trailer with heat helps late in the season. Keep the path free of extension cords and hoses guests could trip on.
How do backyard wedding receptions handle restrooms?
A backyard wedding reception with 50 to 100 guests usually adds 2 to 4 restrooms so guests stay out of the house. Flushable units fit through a 48-inch side gate; trailers need driveway or street access. Check HOA rules in communities like Four Seasons or Solera before booking.
Mark the spot, keep sprinkler heads clear and tell us about any slope. A flushable unit on a side yard plus a handwash station near the food table is a common setup.
How far ahead should I book wedding restrooms?
Book wedding restroom trailers, flushable units and accessible units 7 to 14 days ahead. Cherry Festival week and holiday weekends fill 7 to 10 days out for everything. Cancel or move the date free up to 24 hours before delivery, so early booking carries no risk.
