Do you rent RV holding tanks in Beaumont?

Yes. Beaumont Porta Potty rents above-ground holding tanks from 250 to 500 gallons for RVs, fifth-wheels and campers. We set the tank level near the RV and pump it on scheduled routes. Most renters use a holding tank while a septic system is installed or repaired.

Can I live in an RV on raw land while my septic is installed?

Some Pass families live in an RV or fifth-wheel for 1 to 6 months while a septic system goes in. A 250- or 500-gallon above-ground holding tank collects waste, and we pump it on a set schedule. County rules apply to living on the land, so confirm with your permit office first.

How often is an RV holding tank pumped?

An RV holding tank is pumped on a schedule set by tank size, number of people and whether gray water goes in. A 500-gallon tank lasts longer between visits than a 250-gallon tank. We set the route so the tank is emptied well before it is full.

Tell us how many people live in the RV, whether showers and sink water drain to the tank, and how often you are away. You can add an extra visit if guests visit for a week. See the long-term rental page for how monthly service works.

Do you pump RV black tanks at a campground or on private land?

Yes. We pump RV and fifth-wheel black tanks on scheduled route days on private land, ranches and private campgrounds with the owner's OK. Noble Creek Regional Park's 48-site RV campground has its own rules, so check with the park before booking a pump-out there.

Waste goes in our county-registered truck to an approved disposal site. Nothing is dumped on your property.

Living in an RV while you build?

Call with your tank size, the number of people and a map pin. We will quote a monthly holding tank with scheduled pump-outs.

Can you pump a buried tank for my fifth-wheel?

Often, yes. One caller asked us to pump a 325-gallon buried black-water tank for a fifth-wheel. We need the tank size, depth, an open lid or cleanout and a spot where the truck can park close by. A full septic system with a leach field is a septic pumper's job.

Send photos of the lid and the path to it. We confirm before we schedule, so you are not billed for a trip that cannot work.

How does monthly billing work for an RV holding tank?

RV holding tanks bill on a 28-day cycle that starts on delivery day, not on the 1st of the month. Scheduled pump-outs are part of the monthly rate. The rental renews until you call for pickup, and you call 2 business days ahead to stop billing. Cycle 2 has no delivery line.

Pay by card through a secure link or set up an approved account. Need a toilet for workers too? Add a standard porta potty on the same route.
