How does monthly porta potty rental work in Beaumont?
A monthly porta potty rental in Beaumont bills every 28 days from the day we deliver, not by calendar month. Each 28-day cycle includes 4 weekly service visits. The rental renews on its own until you call for pickup, so a 3-month remodel and a 12-month build use the same simple setup.
| Cycle | Days covered | What the bill includes |
|---|---|---|
| Cycle 1 | Day 1–28 | Unit, 4 weekly services, delivery and pickup, tax |
| Cycle 2 | Day 29–56 | Unit and 4 weekly services, tax. No delivery line. |
| Cycle 3 | Day 57–84 | Same as cycle 2 |
| Cycles 4–13 | Through about 12 months | Same as cycle 2, until you call for pickup |
A 31-day month does not cost more. The cycle is always 28 days, so you get 13 billing cycles in a year instead of 12.
Is the second month cheaper than the first?
Yes. The first 28-day cycle carries the delivery and pickup line. Cycle 2 and every cycle after it bill only the unit, weekly service and tax, so they cost less. On a 6-month job, you pay delivery and pickup once, not 6 times. Extra units added later get their own delivery line.

How do I stop billing on a long-term porta potty rental?
Call or text the yard at least 2 business days before your current 28-day cycle ends. Billing stops at the end of that cycle, and we pick the unit up on a route day. There is no contract to cancel and no early-exit fee. Sunday is not a business day, so plan around weekends.
- Find your cycle end dateIt is on your quote and each invoice: delivery date plus 28 days.
- Call or text 2 business days beforeExample: cycle ends Friday, call by Wednesday.
- We schedule pickupThe truck collects on a route day. No Sunday pickups.
- Billing stopsNo new cycle starts after the unit is called off in time.
Do you prorate a partial 28-day cycle?
No. Long-term rentals bill in whole 28-day cycles, so a unit picked up on day 10 of a cycle still bills that cycle. The fix is timing: call 2 business days before the cycle ends. If you need a unit for 3 days or less, the flat event rate is usually the better deal.

Planning a job that runs months?
Call with your start date and crew size. We set the unit, put weekly service on the calendar and text you each cycle end date.
Do I pay weekly service if the site sits empty some weeks?
Yes. Every long-term porta potty gets 1 service visit a week, and the price is the same for light or heavy use. Weekly is our health minimum, even on a site that only sees work 2 days a week. Tanks still need deodorizer, and a closed unit in 96°F July heat needs care.
If the site will be shut for a month or more, it can be cheaper to call the unit off and re-order later. Ask the dispatcher to run both numbers.
Can I keep a porta potty for 12 months or longer?
Yes. Many Pass projects keep units 6 to 12 months or more: tract phases, logistics pads, ADUs, ranch builds and RV sites waiting on septic. The 28-day cycle simply repeats, about 13 times a year, with weekly service each week. We can swap, add or move units as the job changes.

Can we prepay quarterly or through the end of the year?
Ask when you book. Most long-term renters pay 1 cycle at a time by secure link, and approved commercial accounts can bill against a PO on net terms. If your accounting team wants to prepay several cycles, the dispatcher will confirm what we can do and put it in writing on your quote.
