Can I rent a porta potty for just one day in Beaumont?
Yes. A one day porta potty rental in Beaumont is billed at 1 flat event rate that covers up to 3 days, including a weekend, with delivery and pickup. You do not pay by the day or the hour. A 4-hour church picnic and a 2-day family reunion cost the same per unit.
That flat rate is why early drop-offs cost you nothing. We set the unit before your event and collect it on the next route day.

Why do you drop off Friday and pick up Monday for a Saturday event?
We do not run trucks on Sunday, and Saturday routes are limited. So a Saturday or Sunday event gets a Friday drop-off, or Thursday if Friday is full, and a Monday pickup. You pay 1 event rate for all of it. On a holiday Monday, pickup moves to Tuesday.
| Your event day | We drop off | We pick up | What you pay |
|---|---|---|---|
| Saturday | Friday (Thursday if Friday is full) | Monday | 1 event rate |
| Sunday | Friday or Saturday | Monday | 1 event rate |
| Weekday | That morning or the day before | Next route day | 1 event rate |
| Holiday weekend Sat/Sun | Friday | Tuesday | 1 event rate |
Do you rent porta potties by the hour?
No. There is no hourly rate. Short events of 1 to 4 hours, like a church service, a school track meet or a yard sale, pay the same flat event rate as a full weekend. The cost is mostly the truck trip and the clean, not the hours the door is in use.
Sizing still depends on hours. Plan 1 standard unit per 50 guests for up to 4 hours. Use the porta potty calculator for longer events.

How do short-term rentals work for funerals and holiday weekends?
Funerals and holiday weekends book fast. Memorial Day, July 4 and Labor Day weekends fill 7–10 days ahead. A funeral rental is billed at the same flat event rate as any other event, with no holiday pricing added. Call as soon as the date is set, and same-day before noon still works when units are free.
For a family gathering after a service, 1 standard unit and 1 handwash station cover most groups up to 50 for 4 hours. Add a wheelchair-accessible unit if older guests will attend.
What unit fits a 4-hour church event?
For a 4-hour church event, plan 1 standard porta potty per 50 guests and 1 handwash station for every 4 toilets if food is served. A 100-person potluck needs 2 units and 1 handwash station. Add 1 wheelchair-accessible unit for any public gathering. Tax-exempt churches can send a certificate to remove tax.

If 2 events fall within 3 days, 1 event rate covers both. If they are 2 to 3 weeks apart, compare 2 event rates with 1 28-day cycle; the cycle includes weekly service and may cost less. The dispatcher will price both ways on 1 call so you can pick.
