How do you get porta potties from Beaumont to Temecula?
Our trucks run south on SR-79 through Lamb Canyon, San Jacinto and Hemet to reach Temecula, about 60 minutes from our Highway 60 yard. Temecula ZIPs 92589 to 92593 ride a scheduled south-county route, so book 2–3 days ahead. Same-day is possible only if a truck is already heading south.

What restroom setup works for a Temecula wine country wedding?
A 150-guest, 6-hour Temecula vineyard wedding with wine needs 7 standard units by our sizing rule, or a restroom trailer plus a few units. Most couples pick a trailer for the look. Trailers need a level pad, a 120V outlet and a hose, so book 7–14 days ahead.
The math: 150 ÷ 50 = 3, times 1.5 for up to 6 hours = 4.5, round up to 5. Add 2 for the bar (5 ÷ 4, rounded up). That is 7, plus 1 wheelchair-accessible unit and handwash stations near food.
Many wineries along Rancho California Road sit outside Temecula city limits in county land. Rules there come from the county and the venue, so confirm with your venue before booking. See our wedding restroom page.
Do you supply porta potties for the Temecula Valley Balloon & Wine Festival?
No. The Balloon & Wine Festival runs Friday through Sunday each June at Lake Skinner in Winchester, and it plans its own restrooms. We do not claim to serve it. We do serve private parties and wine-tasting gatherings in Temecula that weekend, and June weekends fill fast, so call 7–10 days ahead.
Old Town Temecula also hosts the Rod Run car show, a Fourth of July parade and a Saturday farmers market with 70 to 80 vendors. Private events near those dates follow the same advice: book early and ask for a Friday drop. See party and event restrooms.
Planning a Temecula wedding or party?
Call (951) 580-3899. We'll hold a trailer or units on the south-county route and text you the drop window.
Do I need a Temecula permit for an event with portable toilets?
Temecula's special event code asks for applications at least 60 calendar days before the event, or 10 working days for a block party. The city manager can make sanitary facilities, including accessible units, a condition of approval. Call Temecula Community Services at 951-694-6444 with questions.
Read the city's rules in Temecula Municipal Code Chapter 12.12. This is not legal advice; confirm with your permit office or venue. For food booths, plan restrooms within 200 feet (California Health & Safety Code §114315).
How does Temecula's summer heat compare to Beaumont's?
Temecula is close to Beaumont: about 96–97°F average highs in July and August, with a record of 118°F. Nights cool off, with January lows near 41°F. For vineyard events, place units in shade, keep the vent clear and set them away from tasting tables.
Summer job sites in Temecula with 10 or more workers do best with a second weekly service. See Cal/OSHA heat illness rule (8 CCR §3395) for shade and water rules, and our construction site toilet page for crew setups.
